Anno 1800 Open Beta Can Be Preloaded Starting Today

Those excited to play in the Anno 1800 open beta are now able to preload it. You will just have to either log into Uplay or the Epic Games Launcher and go to the game’s beta page to start the pre-load.

The Anno 1800 open beta will be starting on April 12 which is a Friday at 1 AM BST or 2 AM CEST. It will be ending on April 14 although no specific time has been shared for that. Also, some US players are able to play in the beta 7 hours earlier than everybody else but it will also close much sooner for them as well.

Also, for all of you who would want to play in the beta should know that even though the game can be played offline, you are required to stay connected to the internet when playing. Progress in the beta will not be carried over to the game’s launch. Those who participated in the beta are able to get an exclusive “Chess Table” decoration which can be claimed through the Ubisoft Club.

Do also note that, even though the game’s beta is only available through Ubisoft and the Epic Games store, pre-orders are still available through Steam, but will become a semi-timed exclusive when the game launches.

Anno 1800 will be launching on April 16 available for PC.
