Battlefield 1

Get to see what the newest mode Frontlines is all about in the Battlefield 1 video introduction. The new mode is said to be a cross between Conquest and Rush.

Frontlines is part of the game’s upcoming expansion ‘They Shall Not Pass’. This expansion brings new weapons, new maps, a new class, the new mode as well as introducing the French soldiers in the game.

As said earlier, Frontlines is a cross between Conquest and Rush. The best description is that it is a “symmetrical head on engagement where the contested front line can move in both directions.” The first phase of the game is to fight over a series of flag objectives. Winning an objective will let you move closer to the enemy base. Only one objective can open in each battle. Inside each base are two telegraph posts. Once you reach the base, destroy both posts and you are the winner. Another way of winning is that when time runs out, whoever is closest to their enemy’s base wins.

Know how everything works in the video introduction below. With the video, you will see one of the four new maps. This one is called Rupture.

Battlefield 1 is currently available for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The ‘They Shall Not Pass’ DLC will be released by March. Prepare yourselves for the DLC by getting the Battlefield 1 Winter Update.
