• Multiplayer consists of four game modes with 3 revealed so far Hazard Zone, Conquest, and Breakthrough. Breakthrough is an attack and defense map featuring a central objective with one team attacking and pushing to the objective one team defending it. Conquest sees two teams of players fight in a massive map divided into clusters where teams will be fighting for several flag objectives.
• You can play on several maps each with unique topography and dynamic terrain. Seven maps have been revealed so far Hourglass, Doha Qatar, Kaleidoscope South Korea, Discarded Alang India, Orbital Kourou French Guiana, Breakaway Queen Maud Land Antarctica, Manifest Brani Island Singapore, and Renewal Eastern Desert Egypt.
• Before starting each game, you can pick from 10 specialists each of these specialists have different perks and abilities like grappling hooks, drones, turrets, etc. All specialists can use any weapon they want with no restrictions.
• After the release of Battlefield 2042 will be adapting the live service model meaning the game will be receiving regular seasonal updates with new maps, game modes, specialists, etc. with free and paid battle pass content.
