Battlefleet Gothic: Armada 2 Devblog
The fifth Battlefleet Gothic: Armada 2 Devblog has been shared and it is all about customization. Customization is truly what makes your fleet your own, whether it be in the aspects of gameplay or in aesthetics.
The easiest way to customize your fleet is to change the ships that are in it. There will be 6 classes of vessels and multiple configurations are available for them. But do keep in mind that the different vessels can sometimes only house specific types of units. An example of this is the Adeptus Mechanicus which can only house light ships as compared to the Imperial Navy that can house units of different weight categories.
For every Faction, there will be 8 admiral skills. These are the special abilities available to your flagship only. Also, there are 10 Fleet Upgrades to choose from, these are the ones that affect the subsections of your ship like its weapons, engine, stealth and so much more.
Part of customization is the Faction and Subfaction selection that can be assigned to your fleet. The subfactions are responsible for the color schemes of your ships. There are more than 80 of these to choose from having at least 6 per faction.
So there you have it, the different ways that you are able to customize your ships. Battlefleet Gothic: Armada 2 will be launching on January 24, 2019, for PC.
