Career Mode Won’t Be Fixed With New FIFA 20 Career Mode Patch

FIFA 20 launched recently, and if you are one of those who were able to try the game’s Career Mode, then you know that it is one big mess. There had been AI teams opening up a match with low rated players for a lineup, there had also been top teams who were able to get really low ranks, and just after a few sessions, the UEFA Europa League and UEFA Champions League are not working properly anymore.
EA already knows about the problems and they were also able to create a discussion thread so that they are able to keep track of them. Some quick answers had also been provided for frequently asked questions. Although EA is aware of the issues, it might take them a long time to find a solution to the problems and the fixes will not arrive with the upcoming 1.03 patch. EA, however, did assure fans that fixes would be coming “within the next week or two”.
Community Lead, Corey Andres shared in a tweet where fans are able to share their feedback and the comments had not been good at all.
Within, you’ll find a bit more context into Career Mode areas we’re tracking, FUT questions, gameplay and more.
Again, we’re seeing the comments and wanted to get this out as quick as possible vs. doing a Pitch Notes. Thanks for the continued feedback! https://t.co/jj06a7xIl7 — Corey Andress (@EACoreySA) September 28, 2019
FIFA 20 was already able to receive its first patch with 1.02 and the target fix was for the new Volta mode where players were not able to “receive attribute or skill point progression following a match, and where they would be unable to recruit a player after winning a match.” When patch 1.03 arrives the fixes that will come with it are for the ultimate team and some gameplay tweaks.
FIFA 20 is out now for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. A Nintendo Switch Legacy Edition is also available but that will not have the new Volta mode and other future improvements.
