The Citation Tool will allow you to join in on our tasks for the Reward Program.

First, you have to register in our Rewards Program, to use the Citation Tool.

It’s saying no markers found. what am I missing? It sounded like all I had to do was put Allkeyshop.com after my username.

Ok I changed it from Allkeyshop.com to Cheapdigitaldownload.com (shortening my username since it was too long otherwise) how do I reset it on the site to get checked again?

Can you check if your account set to public? have you added the correct citation marker? for Cheapdigitaldownload, you should add “Cheapdigitaldownload.com”

My citation *was* valid, but then all of a sudden it just decided not to be. Now it just says “Not checked yet”. This has been going on for 2 weeks now, this is insane.

Can you check if you have set your profile to public? Is the citation marker correct? If those mentioned are properly set up and you are still having issues, it is because some users are still experiencing errors upon using the citation tool. Our devs are on top of it and are currently looking for a fix for all current issues. A new and better version of the citation tool is under development but there is no ETA on when it will be ready.

Kindly consider retaining the marker on your steam name and set your profile to public until the problem gets fixed.

So it shows me as having the citation tool activated with unlimited expiration time, yet I am not able to use my points for a second spin??? It claims I don’t have the the wheel of fortune 2 quest complete but I do have the citation tool working? SO I am just compiling points now I guess.

Hello, please help my citation tool was activated, but I deactivated it and subsequently connected another steam account and activated it again, but more than 24 hours passed and it was not active yet. Tell me if I did something wrong due to the change of steam accounts.
