Waking up on the floor due to unknown reasons Kohaku a homeless girl finds herself face to face with a talking sword, COGEN Sword of Rewind is a side-scrolling 2D action-platformer made by Gemdrops, Inc. with a unique premise mechanic to turn back time just a few seconds backward. As Kohaku talks to the sword, she finds out that its name is ExeBreaker, they came into an agreement and enter a bargain with each other, to return to her devastated homeland of Cogen City and explore its heart to find out exactly what caused the cities destruction.

• The Sword ExeBreaker possess powerful abilities that can make Kohaku an ordinary human powerful if she uses it properly, the Ouroboros System is its trump card, a time loop device that can turn back time 3 seconds before if the user is in danger of being killed you can then make different decisions to avoid the same fate.
• The Ouroboros System can also be activated manually if you so choose but be careful the automatic and manual time loops can only be used consecutively 3 times in a row then it will have to recharge leaving you vulnerable.
