Death Stranding Available on Xbox Game Pass, is Marvel’s Spider-Man Next?
Death Stranding will be available for Xbox Game Pass and it seems that Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered and Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales are next.
DEATH STRANDING ON XBOX GAME PASS
Death Stranding by Hideo Kojima is officially coming to the Xbox Game Pass for PC this week.
Kojima Productions and Microsoft shared the announcement via a post on Twitter as an image of Sam Bridges the protagonist of the game carrying a case that has a PC Game Pass sticker.
Sony Interactive Entertainment, who had the game previously as an exclusive release said that they had no involvement whatsoever with the game being available on the Xbox Game Pass.
The announcement should not come as a shock as Kojima is reportedly working on a project with Microsoft. The announcement for the new game is said to be available at Gamescom this week.
In the image that was posted for the Death Stranding announcement for Xbox Game Pass, eagle-eyed readers point out that a spider on the PC Game Pass sticker suggests that the next game coming to the Xbox Game Pass is Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered.
The only clue that Spider-Man would come to the Xbox Game Pass is through that sticker, so it may or may not happen. Also, since Sony did say that they had nothing to do with Death Stranding coming to Microsoft’s PC Game Pass, the Spider-Man rumors could just be rumors.
Death Stranding will be available on the PC Game Pass this August 23, Tuesday.
