Death Stranding is Ready for November Release, Will Not Need PS Plus For Multiplayer

Hideo Kojima has shared some really great news for their upcoming game Death Stranding. The first one is that the game has gone gold meaning that it is already finished and it is ready to go into production just in time for the game’s November release.
The announcement was made through Twitter by Kojima Productions, where an image is attached to the Tweet featuring Kojima holding the gold master copy of the game as well as the whole development team. We also get to read in the post, the team thanking everyone who was able to work in the game as well as the fans for all their support.
Here’s the tweet posted:
DEATH STRANDING is complete and has gone gold!! Hideo Kojima, the Kojima Productions team, everyone at Sony and Guerrilla, cast members; all put their heart and soul into it. Thanks for your support, we can’t wait to bring you a new “A HIDEO KOJIMA GAME”. Play it on Nov 8th!! pic.twitter.com/Nj73oGG05p

The other good news is that the game will not need a PlayStation Plus subscription for their multiplayer support. This has been shared by Multiplayer First as they spotted it in the Limited Edition Death Stranding PS4 Pro Bundle box which said, “Death Stranding does not require a PlayStation Plus subscription”.
This is great because you are able to play the game’s multiplayer mode without having to shell out more money for the subscription. The multiplayer elements in Death Stranding will have other players affect your world in the gameplay indirectly, which you are also able to do in theirs.
Death Stranding is set to release on November 8 and it is a PlayStation 4 Exclusive.
