Destiny 2 Open Beta Dates and PC System Requirements Announced

Great news for all PC players because the Destiny 2 Open Beta dates are finally announced. Check out the following schedule below for the Destiny 2 PC Open Beta.

Destiny 2 PC Open Beta Schedule:

28 August – Players with Early Access to the PC beta can start. 29 August – Players can start to play in the PC Open Beta 31 August – End of Open Beta

The PC System Requirements was also revealed by Bungie and these are only the requirements needed to play the game’s Open Beta. Take note however that this is not the official system requirements of the game. That will be announced later in the future. According to Bungie, the list of System Requirements may change depending “on how things play out.”

Recommended Spec

CPU Intel – Core i5-2400 AMD – Ryzen R5 1600X

GPU Nvidia – GeForce GTX 970 AMD – Radeon R9 390


Minimum Spec

CPU Intel – Core i3-3250 AMD – FX-4350

GPU Nvidia – GeForce GTX 660 2GB AMD – Radeon HD 7850 2GB


If you are planning to upgrade, Bungie has provided a list of the following specifications that will run the game well.


CPU – Intel Core i5-7400 GPU – Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6GB


CPU – Intel Pentium G4560 GPU – Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 2GB

CPU – Intel i7-7700k

GPU – Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080Ti 11GB
