Doom Eternal System Requirements Announced

Bethesda was able to reveal the Doom Eternal system requirements ahead of the game’s release.

Doom Eternal will be arriving with amazing graphics as well as fast gameplay which means that high framerates and being able to maintain it is important.

The minimum specs of the game would need an Intel Core i5 @ 3.3 GHz, or an AMD Ryzen 3 @ 3.1 GHz or better. Also, at least 4 GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 is needed. To have the smooth play of 60 fps at 1080p @ 6 GB GTX 1060 is required.

For the recommended specs, an Intel Core i7 6700k or an AMD Ryzen 7 1800x or better and an 8 GB Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 or better is needed to play at a constant 60 fps at 1440p.

The game would only need 50 GB of space which is quite low as compared to other AAA games. The game also runs on the new id Tech 7 engine and is able to run at 1000 fps.

Doom Eternal will be launching on March 20, 2020, and is set for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
