Dragon Ball FighterZ Open Beta Now Accessible For PS4 and Xbox One

PlayStation 4 and Xbox One owners can now play in the Dragon Ball FighterZ Open Beta. For those who were able to pre-order the game, they started playing on January 13 at 8 AM (UK) and for everyone else, the beta starts on January 14 and 8 AM (UK).

For those playing on Xbox One, they will need to download the open beta from the Microsoft Store and would need 3.13 GB of free space. Those playing on the PlayStation 4 would need 2.4 GB of space and download it from the PlayStation Store. Those who pre-ordered should download the “Dragon Ball FighterZ Open Beta Early Access DLC”.

There are 11 characters available in the Dragon Ball FighterZ Open Beta roster: Super Saiyan Goku and Vegeta, Gohan (Teen), Frieza, Cell, Kid Buu, Krillin, Piccolo, Android 18 and Beerus. What’s included in the beta? Well, it will have the 2 player 3v3 matches as well as the Tutorial, Lobby Avatar Customization, Stamps and Replay Chanel.

The beta will only be available up until January 16 8 AM (UK). The time remaining before the game officially launches would be the time for the devs to make the final fixes of the game. The beta is usually a testing ground for the servers and net codes as well as looking for bugs.

Dragon Ball FighterZ will officially launch on January 26 available for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Although the beta is only available for consoles it will launch for PC at the same time.
