ELDEN RING SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Elden Ring is launching soon and there is still confusion about the game’s system requirements.

Will my PC run Elden Ring?

The game’s system requirements has been posted and then removed on its Steam store page. The latest upload is what we see below.

There doesn’t seem to be anything special about the list except for the high RAM requirement for the game’s minimum system requirements.

Minimum System Requirements:

  • OS: Windows 10
  • Processor: INTEL CORE I5-8400 or AMD RYZEN 3 3300X
  • Memory: 12 GB RAM
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1060 3 GB or AMD RADEON RX 580 4 GB
  • Memory: 12 GB RAM
  • DirectX: Version 12

 Recommended System Requirements:

  • OS: Windows 10/11
  • Processor: INTEL CORE I7-8700K or AMD RYZEN 5 3600X
  • Memory: 16 GB RAM
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1070 8 GB or AMD RADEON RX VEGA 56 8 GB
  • DirectX: Version 12

Elden Ring will be needing 12 GB of RAM whereas games that are similar to it only need 8GB.

what are the best settings for Elden Ring?

Those who are using budget builds may run into problems when playing the game. However, those who have an Intel Core i5-8400 and Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 could fair well.

The recommended system requirements would need i7-8700K and a GeForce GTX 1070 with 16 GB RAM.

FromSoftware did not mention what settings will be available with the system requirements listed.

To get the best graphics and frame rates, you would probably need higher specs than that of what is in the recommended system requirements.
