How to activate a CD Key on your primary PS4 account?

*Note: You should be connected to the internet!

1. Log-in to your PS4™ account using your PlayStation®Network account.

2. From the PlayStation®Network go to Account Management.

3. Go to Redeem Codes and you will be redirected to a pop up screen to enter the code.

4. Enter the code on the space provided and select Continue.

How to download a game from a temporary PS4 Account?

*Note: You should be connected to the internet!

1. Use the temporary PlayStation®Network account given by the seller to log in.

2. Set the temporary account as your main account.

You must change your primary account to a temporary account, and the temporary account to the primary account.

3. Your game should now be available in the library and is available to be downloaded from the temporary account.

4. After downloading, switch from the temporary account to your own personal account. You just have to repeat Step 2 for this process.

And there you have it, the game is now available in your personal account!

How to activate your game code via the PlayStation App (iOS/Android)

1.  On your phone, go to the PlayStation®App (Check https://www.playstation.com/en-us/explore/ps4/app/ for details).
2. Log in with your existing PSN account or open a new PlayStation Network (PSN) account.
3. Tap on the PS Button at the bottom of the screen of the app menu and select the Redeem Codes icon.
4. Select Continue once on the Redeem Codes screen.
5. You can do this two ways. You can either enter the code manually or use your on-screen camera to scan the voucher code numbers on the computer screen or printed material.
6. Tap on continue to complete the code redemption.

How to redeem codes on your web browser for PC devices

1. Go to http://account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com.
2. Make a PSN account or if you already have on existing one log in to that.
3. Click on Redeem Prepaid Card.
4. Enter the code and select Continue.

Why is my Playstation game code not working?

What if you followed the steps accurately, but your key is still not working?

The problem may be in entering the key.

The codes are 12 digit characters long and grouped by 4 and separated by dashes.

XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

Recheck the code and make sure that you don’t miss any digit.

Also, make sure that you are able to differentiate your 0 (zero) and O, Q and D (letter), 1 and the capital letter i, B and 8, G and 6… and so on.
