Microsoft is planning to buy Activision Blizzard for a whopping $68 billion. This move will make them the third-largest gaming company following Sony and Tencent.

This will mean that games under Activision Blizzard like Overwatch, World of Warcraft, Diablo, StarCraft, Candy Crush, Call of Duty and many more will now be under Microsoft.

CEO of Microsoft Gaming, Phil Spencer said that they are excited to add “as many Activision Blizzard games as we can” to the Xbox Game Pass.
