Pokemon Scarlet and Violet were able to get the biggest launch title of 2022, besting even FIFA 23. In the UK, the games were able to get the second biggest boxed launch title of any Pokemon game.
In the first three days of Pokemon Scarlet & Violet, more than 10 million copies had been sold, easily making it the best-selling launch title in terms of generated income in the history of Nintendo.
The two games were also able to conquer the UK Boxed Charts. Both Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet took the top spots and FIFA 23 fell behind unto third place.
Pokemon Scarlet & Violet offer something different as compared to the previous Pokemon games as they offer huge open worlds as well as Pokemon breeding.
The two games are available for the Nintendo Switch as a bundle or individual games.
