Fallout 76 Launching Tomorrow; Updates Suggested In Launch Trailer
If you are one of the many anticipating fans, the wait is almost over as Fallout 76 is launching tomorrow. For those in the UK, that is tonight at 12 MN. Just before the launch, Bethesda was able to release an open letter thanking fans as well as giving some hints on what to expect for the newest Fallout title.
This is the first Fallout game that focuses on multiplayer as compared to the previous games. First on the list of what to expect is the C.A.M.P. building mechanic. This focuses more on building and upgrading the in-house gaming. For right now it still has the same mechanic from Fallout 4 and it sure would benefit from some improvements. One change that has been added is that it can now be moved to different locations. We also do hope to see better quests with the future updates, as some of the quests available in the beta are not that remarkable. Those who played in the beta are also able to keep their progress but are not able to re-spec their characters, an update is planned to change that though. But since the update is not available yet, players would need to create a new character if they don’t like the one that they made. Also, achievements in the beta will have to be earned again. A faction based PVP system could be available in the future. Hopefully, it would be much different from the PVP in the beta as it felt like a meaningless activity that doesn’t let you gain or lose much when you kill or get killed. Fallout 76 launches on November 14 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
