GENSHIN IMPACT 3.0 UPDATE

 

The Sumeru preview trailer by MiHoYo features the Prelude to Wisdom. This gives us more information about the Sumeru region as well as its lore and characters.

   

The 3.0 update brings the Sumeru nation front and center. This location has locals that are incapable of dreaming and is a nation that treasures wisdom.

We get to see in the trailer, Yogurt, the scriptwriter explaining that Sumeru treats knowledge as a resource through the “Akasha” system.

  Genshin Impact 3.0 new features?  

You will get to encounter the new Fung species that have “a strong animalistic nature and are territorial and rather aggressive.”

We also get introduced to The Eremites. They are a new mercenary group that survive through sharing wisdom.

  Genshin Impact 3.0 new characters?  

The preview ends with new characters from Sumeru being introduced which are Dehya, Alhaitham, Cyno, Nahida, and Nilou.

The Genshin Impact 3.0 update is set to launch by mid or late August.
