Gran Turismo 7 Breaks Sales Record for the Franchise

Sony and Polyphony Digital reported that their Gran Turismo 7 sales is the best-selling launch month for the franchise.

GRAN TURISMO 7 RECORD-BREAKING SALES

The latest sim-racing game from Polyphony Digital and Sony is Gran Turismo 7 which was released in March this year.

The launch month of the game was able to set a record high in sales as it shot up straight to the Top 20 Video US Game chart.

The exact numbers of the sale have not been shared but what we know is that the game was able to outsell Horizon Forbidden West and Pokemon Legends: Arceus.

Gran Turismo 7 was beaten by Elden Ring, which is still okay, especially if you consider that the game is a PlayStation exclusive title.

The Gran Turismo 7 patch 1.13 has been added recently by Polyphony Digital and it brought three new cars, three new world circuits, and a new track.

The patch also brought some tweaks to the general settings, car settings as well as other changes to improve the game.
