CEO of Take-Two, Strauss Zelnick said that an AI couldn’t do a better job when making a GTA game, but it would be helpful to developers when creating a game.

The talk of the town right now is the ChatGPT, which left developers and publishers wondering about the future of creating games.

Zelnick said to investors, “no, it’s not going to allow someone to say, ‘please develop the competitor to Grand Theft Auto that’s better than Grand Theft Auto,’ and then they just send it out and ship it digitally, and that will be that.”

There are a lot of improvements when it comes to AI and which will help developers in designing better games and writing scripts and overall reduce the cost of creating games.

ChatGPT and AI are quite new but it is fascinating to see how the technology evolves and how games could be created because of it.
