Milestone and Mattel’s upcoming arcade racing game called Hot Wheels Unleashed gets a launch trailer as it launches today, September 30, 2021.
Jump back into that popular orange racetrack as you drift, jump and boost your way to victory!
Hot Wheels Unleashed comes with 66 vehicles at launch and more will be added with future DLCs.
The vehicles that we are sure are available in the game are the DeLorean DMC (Back to the Future), K.I.T.T (Knight Rider), Party Wagon, and the DC Batmobile.
We will also get to see vehicles from Honda, Audi, Ford and more.
Every vehicle comes with unique attributes, upgrades, customization options, and rarity level.
The game comes with multiple game modes for single-player, multiplayer as well as track creations.
Game Modes:
Hot Wheels City Rumble
This is the game’s Career Mode where you get to defeat monsters and complete challenges.
Time Attack
Complete laps as quickly as you could and beat your previous time. You get to choose which track to race on and the game is available in single-player and split-screen.
Multiplayer
This supports 12 players in online races!
Quick Race
Quick Races are like practice runs where you get to choose a track and vehicle and race against AI opponents.
Basement
This is an editor where you get to create and share your customized basement environments. You are also able to see what the others have made through here.
Livery Editor
Customize your vehicles from paint colors to different materials. The liveries that you make can be shared with other players too!
Track Builder
Get to build, share and download the tracks that you have made with others with the Track Builder. You are also able to download the tracks that others have made.
Hot Wheels Unleashed is set to launch on September 30 and is available to be played on the PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Switch.
