HOW TO ACTIVATE AN XBOX ONE CODE?
- From your Xbox console, sign in to the Microsoft account that you would want to redeem your code on.
- Then go to the HOME screen, choose STORE APP. Alternately you can go to MY GAMES & APPS > APPS > STORE.
- At the STORE APP, move your cursor to the left, or with your controller press the VIEW BUTTON to bring up the side menu.
- Choose REDEEM.
- Place your 25-CHARACTER CODE, then follow the next few instructions and you are done. (You don’t have to place the hyphens of the code).
Why is my Xbox game code not working?
What if you followed the steps accurately, but your key is still not working?
The problem may be in entering the key.
The codes are 25 digit characters long and are grouped by 5, separated by dashes.
XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
Recheck the code and make sure that you don’t miss any digit.
Also, make sure that you are able to differentiate your 0 (zero) and O, Q and D (letter), 1 and the capital letter i, B and 8, G and 6… and so on.
