How to activate a Gamesplanet Giftcard?
Once you get your Gamesplanet giftcard, head on over to their UK website.
DISCLAIMER: The gift cards will only run on uk.gamesplanet.com
Note that the coupon code can only be credited to your wallet and not directly during the purchase process.
Log in to the Gamesplanet site, go to Wallet/Credit
Locate and click on Activate Wallet Voucher
Place the coupon code in the space provided and click on Activate your Voucher
You should now see your coupon code in your wallet and use it to purchase a game.
Why is my Gamesplanet coupon code not working?
What if you followed the steps accurately, but your Gift Card is still not working?
The problem may be in entering the key. So make sure to double-check your gift card.
The codes are 13 digit characters long and are separated by dashes, grouped into 6 starting with a number
X-XXXXXX-XXXXXX
Recheck the code and make sure that you don’t miss any digit.
Also, make sure that you are able to differentiate your 0 (zero) and O, Q and D (letter), 1 and the capital letter i, B and 8, G and 6… and so on.
