ILL is built on Unreal Engine 5 and it is an immersive horror game.

The gameplay trailer above features a couple of game scenes, some scary enemies, and amazing gunplay.

Players are able to blow creatures to smithereens, dismember, behead and more.

Pieces of flesh, bone, and muscle of enemies that you shoot off can create a new creature so be careful.

ILL is a survival game where everyone is out to kill you.
