How to Activate CD Key, Install or Uninstall Games on Uplay

How to activate a CD Key on Uplay
1.Download the Uplay client for PC and install.
2.Once installed, sign in using your Email and Password.
3. To activate your CD key, click on the “hamburger icon” on the top left of the page.
4. Then click on Activate a key.
5. Type the activation code.
6. Then click on Activate. You now have successfully activated your key.
How to install/add games on Uplay
Click on Games on the Uplay PC client.
Go to Install/Add.
Then click on Download.
Select your preferred language then hit Continue.
Choose where you would want to install the game then click Continue.
We recommend that you choose “create a desktop shortcut” to easily launch the game from your desktop.
Click on the Accept and continue for the EULA agreement.
The download will start and when its finished, you will see the game in the Installed section of the Games category.
How to uninstall games on Uplay
From the Uplay client go to Games, then to the Installed section, click on the game that you want to uninstall.
Go to properties, then click on Uninstall.
A pop up will appear, confirming that you would want to continue with the Uninstallation, click on Yes.
A message will appear that you have successfully uninstalled the game.
Why is my Uplay code not working?
What if you followed the steps accurately, but your key is still not working?
The problem may be in entering the key.
The game key has either 16 or 19 digit characters in the upper case separated by dashes.

XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
Recheck the code and make sure that you don’t miss any digit.
Also, make sure that you are able to differentiate your 0 (zero) and O, Q and D (letter), 1 and the capital letter i, B and 8, G and 6… and so on.
