Martha is Dead Official Trailer Revealed During Summer of Gaming 2021

Martha is Dead is an upcoming psycho-horror adventure from LKA shares a trailer that is sure to horrify anyone who sees it.

What is Martha is Dead?

According to the game’s official description, “In Martha is Dead, conflict intensifies between German and Allied forces when the body of a woman is found drowned. Her twin sister must deal with the trauma of loss, while the truth of the brutal murder is shrouded by mysterious folklore and the extreme horror of war.”

The game’s story is set in Tuscany and the year is 1944. It is based on an Italian legend that has been told to each generation.

The legend tells of a White Lady that wanders a lake, looking for her next victim.

LKA’s Luca Dalcò said in an interview with GamesRadar that the narrative of the game will “explore the human mind, but with a more artistic approach, frequently suspending reality and creating symbolically powerful abstract scenes”.

He also said that the next-gen consoles are able to give a “photorealistic game using photogrammetry techniques” that allows it to be played in stunning 4K. The available ray tracing and fast loading times also give the game an edge.

As of right now, there is no specific launch date of the game. However, they are planning to release it sometime later this year for PC, PS4, Xbox One, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
