Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 has been announced to be launching this fall, and according to a leak, the exact month is revealed.

The voice actor of Venom, Tony Todd, posted on Twitter last March 21st that the game would be released in September and a presentation for it will be done in August.
There is no official announcement about the game’s official launch date and the tweet had since then been deleted.
Spider-Man 2 like the previous Spider-Man game will be exclusive to the PS5.
Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is set after the events of Marvel’s Spider-Man and Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales. The game shares with us a completely new story of Peter and Miles as Spider-Mans.
What’s unique about Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is that the normal life of each Spider-Man is also experienced.
To have a better representation of this, the lead engine programmer, Elan Ruskin said that a new dialogue technique will be available. No other information was given about it as of now.
Fans speculate that more facial animations will be available like lip movements matching up with the dialogue.
Another speculation is that players would have multiple choices for answers in dialogues, and each choice would have an effect on the game, like Miles of Peter accepting missions or the like.
Take all these with a grain of salt, as none of it had been officially announced. We will know more near the game’s official launch.
