Mortal Kombat 11 Closed Beta Will Be This Weekend!
The Mortal Kombat 11 closed beta will be starting this weekend! This Netherrealm fighting game that has over the top violence and gore will be available for you to try in the closed beta if you were able to pre-order the game.

The closed beta schedule will be on March 28 to 31 and is available worldwide. Right now though, the exact times for the start and end are not yet available. That most probably will be announced nearer the start date of the beta.
Those who can play in the closed beta are the ones who were able to pre-order the game. Also, a reminder, if you purchase your copy from a retailer, don’t forget to get the code for the closed beta.
The weekend’s closed beta will only be available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. But the game is actually available for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. No news yet if a beta will be available for the other platforms as well.
There are no pre-loads for the beta client. According to the beta FAQ, downloads for the Mortal Kombat 11 beta is only available when the beta begins.
Although the game has a huge roster, the closed beta only offers 5 characters – Baraka, Jade, Skarlet, Scorpion, and Kabal. Some players might be disappointed that their main character is not available, but its only for the beta guys so don’t worry.
Other things included in the beta is the new Kustomize option that allows you to equip different costumes and gears. The Klassic Tower mode is also available which allows players to go against some randomly chosen opponents.
Mortal Kombat 11 will be launching on April 23 and is available for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
