Mortal Kombat 11 Roster Adds Spawn Next Month
The Mortal Kombat 11 roster will be getting a new addition come next month. The new character had been requested by fans of the game for a very long time now. This iconic hellspawn had been speculated to be coming to the game and it is only now that we get concrete information that he is definitely arriving.
This character is Spawn by creator Todd McFarlane. He had been very excited when he was allowed to share the information about Spawn’s coming. Via Twitter, he posted an image of the Spawn action figure which is about 7 inches high. He even said that the action figure is “incredibly detailed” which could mean that this is the Mortal Kombat 11 roster version that we will be seeing.
An interesting thing is that the official Mortal Kombat 11 account replied to McFarlane’s tweet which gives us a concrete date as to when Spawn will be arriving.
You can check out the Tweet below:
Amazing figure? Absolutely! Kombat proven? We’ll see on 3/8, @Todd_McFarlane…😈— Mortal Kombat 11 (@MortalKombat) February 21, 2020
The action figure does carry a sword, so would that mean that Spawn in the game will have this too? Could it possibly be the Sword of the Spirit? We will know more details as his launch date comes nearer.
Mortal Kombat 11 is currently available on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Google Stadia.
