Ghost Games was able to reveal a trailer for Need for Speed Heat just before Gamescom. The video features 7 minutes of 4K gameplay, all thanks to IGN. Need for Speed Heat is a much-anticipated game for a lot of fans of Need for Speed. Also, fans would really want to know if the game would be worthwhile or would it be just like the game Payback.

The gameplay video as mentioned above is by IGN. There are two types of races to see one legal during the day time that is done on a track. The other race is done at night on public roads with some cops chasing you. The graphics are superb and the physics seems to be perfect. The lamposts though could use a little work on as it still looks and behaves the same as the old racing games.

Get to watch the complete gameplay video below.

And just before the above trailer was released, one had been shared just a few days earlier. It is not as adrenaline-pumping as the gameplay video, but you will surely enjoy this as well.

The mechanic of the game, as previously revealed is that players are able to earn cash by winning in legal races. They are able to upgrade and customize their cars in order to be powerful enough for races. Sanctioned races usually happen during the day time. During the illegal night races, this is the time that you are able to boost your reputation. Another added mechanic is called the “heat mechanic” where when you accumulate a lot of it, the cops become much more aggressive in pursuing you.

Need for Speed Heat will be launching on November 8 and is available for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
