NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3080 TI: THE NEW FLAGSHIP

The RTX 3080 Ti is now available for $1199 MSRP and it is packed!

Built with the Nvidia Ampere architecture, expect noticeable performance gains in gaming, rendering and ray tracing as compared to the old generations of Nvidia graphics cards.

RTX 2080 Ti is specifically made for 4K resolution gaming making it easy to reach 60 FPS at 4K.

You could also optimize the settings as well as turn on ray tracing to get up to 120 FPS. Imagine playing Cyberpunk 2077 or Battlefield V in these settings.

Creators will also enjoy the RTX 3080 Ti because of its 12GB GDDR6X video memory.

It is 1.5 times faster than the RTX 2070 Super and has Nvidia DLSS and ray tracing boosts.

This is still great for creators and streamers who will enjoy huge boosts in rendering performance as well as improvements to Nvidia Broadcast and Nvidia Reflex.

GEFORCE RTX 3080 TI AND CRYPTOCURRENCY MINING

Since powerful GPUs are needed in cryptocurrency mining, a lot are worried that there will be a shortage in the supply for gamers after the miners get their hands on most of the stocks.

Nvidia’s solution to the problem is the Lite Hash Rate (LHR) identifier. This limits the needed abilities of cryptocurrency miners.

This is not something new to Nvidia, they did this to their 30-series GPUs but a beta driver that was able to remove the limit was accidentally released.

Hopefully, the move to limit the mining performance of the new graphics cards would mean more stock for everybody.
