Outward Combat Will Be Challenging!
The Outward combat will be challenging! This newest RPG from Nine Dot Studios’ will come with some pretty extreme mechanics. An example of this is the backpack that you are carrying, this will actually affect your movement speed in the gameplay. Also, your map will be like a real world map, there won’t be any indicators for locations or warning pointers.
The game’s combat is quite similar to what the map and bag offer which concentrates on details. You will get to see what this all means in the trailer released by IGN. We get to watch the devs talk about the little details involved in the game.
This has a unique mechanic having to prepare for a battle and then the actual battle with both having equal importance. There will also be different approaches to balance out everything like when mana is actually used for weapon durability.
With all the small details, we think that winning an actual battle would really give you a sense of accomplishment. The downfall that we see here is that this will not fit with those who don’t like slow combat.
Outward will be launching on March 26, 2019, for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
