Overwatch 2 Closed Beta Schedule

Overwatch 2 is set to launch in 2023 but before that, Blizzard Entertainment will be having a closed beta for PC.

OVERWATCH 2 CLOSED BETA SIGN-UPS

As of the moment, the Overwatch 2 closed alpha test is running. The beta phase can be expected by late April.

According to the community update, Aaron Keller the director of Overwatch 2 said that they are changing their release strategy by “decoupling Overwatch 2’s PvP and PvE experiences.”

What this means is that the Overwatch 2 PvP will be available at an earlier time so that it could be tested.

Overwatch 2 PvP Beta Test Content:

• 5v5
• New Hero (Sojourn)
• New Maps
• New Mode (Push)
• Hero Reworks
• New Ping System

Those interested to join the beta can do so via the game’s official website.

The beta access is available in phases. We can expect future tests before the game officially launches in 2023.
