Halloween is fast approaching and events for this special occasion are popping up here and there. One of which is Rainbow Six Siege Doktor’s Curse which is a limited-time event. This will be available from October 12 up until November 2.
This limited-timed event was first seen in the game’s Year 4. It is a Monster Hunt Mode that is 5v5. One team will be the Exterminators (Attackers) and the others will be the Monsters (Defenders).
The main goal of the Exterminators is to kill all the Monsters. The Monsters must stay alive or kill the Exterminators.
We can expect a new version of Monster Hunt this year. The Exterminators get Monsters Lion and Jackal they will be equipped with Breaching Hammers as well as one of the three: Eyenox Model III (Jackal), Heartbeat Sensor (Pulse) and EE-ONE-D (Lion).
The Monsters will still have Lesion, Frost, Kapkan, Smoke, and Ela with the addition of Aruni and Melusi. Monsters are only able to use traps and are able to become invisible for a quick second and escape by running.
Players will also get an updated Doktor’s Curse Collection that has 48 items that is available during the event. These include bundles for Ela, Bandit, Doc, Lesion, Frost, Kapkan and Smoke. Bundles are also available for the new Monsters which are Kaid, Melusi, Aruni, Lion and Jackal.
The Doktor’s Curse pack is available for free when you log in between October 12 until November 2. Three other packs are available through the Ubisoft Challenges.
