Resident Evil 3 Opening Cutscene Revealed Unofficially!

Just before the game officially launches, the Resident Evil 3 opening cutscene has been leaked! The footage does come with spoilers but it has already been removed online.

The video was first seen on Aesthetic Gamer’s Tweeter post which had been taken down. He explained that he was not the source of the leak and that it was first posted in Dailymotion but it is no longer available there as well.

Right now there is no copy of the footage available but what is contained comes with spoilers which seems legit.

The video starts off with different news reports about the T-Virus outbreak in Racoon City. It then shifts to the Umbrella laboratory where their latest creation, a bioweapon called Nemesis is being prepared to be released. Then we get to see Jill Valentine in her apartment waking up and heading to the bathroom, she looks at herself in the mirror and sees that she is slowly turning into a zombie. She then picks up her gun, points it to her head and pulls the trigger. She wakes up once again in her apartment realizing that it was all a dream.

Whether the leaked opening cutscene is legit or not, we will be the judge when the game launches next month.

Resident Evil 3 is set to launch on April 3, 2020 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
