I HAVE JUST BOUGHT A REGION-LOCKED CD KEY AND NEED HELP.

If you have bought a game for the wrong region, you can get in touch with their support, who will help you fix it. You will need to provide screenshots as proof.

MY KEY IS ALREADY USED AND I CAN’T ACTIVATE IT.

Please double check that you are inputting your code correctly and if it still does not work, then get in contact with their support.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DIFFERENT PRODUCT I BOUGHT?

If you do not receive the product you paid for, you should immediately dispute the purchase by going to your orders list and selecting the dispute option. If the seller does not solve your problem, you should contact the Eneba support team immediately.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE A GAME?

Bought 3 small games, didn’t had any problems! I received the keys instantly and everything worked fine.

Brought a key for cyberpunk 2077 and it didn’t even work, I guess it must have already been activated. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with eneba.

I purchased a Steam game listed as GLOBAL but then it says it will only work in Europe so I had to return and now my credit card is all funky and I can’t buy the game I wanted to play today.

I bought a key for Hellpoint and was sent a key that had already been activated. I raised a ticket. A few days later they told me to reupload screenshots. And 3 days later still silence. 1 week of waiting is not ok IMO. And dog knows how long i’ll have to wait
