They connot be trusted with youre money.
They wont answer if u have questions and most of the time the website cannot be reached.
I asked them within 20 mins after i placed my order to cancel it but these assholes just wont respond. I will never buy anything from them again and will advise others to pay a couple of bucks more in a real store!!
they dispute the charge you make with the account so they get their money back and now i cant download my game without purchasing the game again because of their dispute i no longer own the game and now they are no longer reacting to my emails
Use at your own risk.
The most important part of using this company is knowing their hours. They work from 10am to 11pm CET which is 4am to 5pm CST. They don’t have 24 hour customer support and lack speedy response on tickets and/or emails.
They have a “5min – 30min, 12 hour maximum delivery wait”, I’m currently going on day two without a response.
I would stay away and just pay the extra couple of dollars to use another store.
Purchased FIFA 17. Payment went through immediately. It’s been 30 hours since that and I still don’t have my key or a simple response from them. There is no live chat and they don’t reply e-mails. Avoid using this site.
Horrible service. Purchased Forza Horizon 3 Xbox One Account, payment went through, took the money out of my account, then they cancelled the order on me! Without receiving my game!! Support hasn’t replied to me whatsoever, opened a case with G2A pay and hopefully will receive a refund. Will update if fixed.
