Ordered a game there, paid for it. My credit card was charged. I got an email telling me my order was completed, but no GOG key was provided & no game shows up in my profile on their site or in my email. Looks like this site is a scam. Will get my Bank to charge it back!

Even though it says instant delivery, I was provided a game code hours after my purchase – but it was the wrong one for about half the price of what I had purchased
I managed to get someone on chat and asked for a refund. At first, I was told that I have to email them in and they have to investigate. After I was forceful about this being sorely their fault, I was given a refund, but not for the full price – they kept some fees even though it was absolutely all their fault.
So, in the end, I am happy to have gotten most of my money back, but that does not change my impression of the site. Competition for this stuff is stiff and they are failing on all fronts.
