Customer service sucks. I placed my order and got an email requesting I send a photo of my ID with the website address handwritten on paper next to it. I did as requested and then 2 mins later got a message back saying my payment was rejected.

I requested the reason why and I got a copy paste reply of the exact same “payment rejected” message.

The customer service sucks and the website doesn’t want paying customers. Kind of think it might be a scam just to get your credit card and address info to sell on the black market. I’d pass this one up.
