Tabletop Game Blood Rage Gets Digital Edition for Steam
The boardgame publisher, Asmodee announced that a new digital adaptation of Blood Rage will be launching for PCs via Steam.
This new edition is a mix of strategy, combat and area control. The goal of players is to get the most glory before the game would end. Either way the game would end via Ragnarok’s hands. And those who were able to earn the most glory will get to take a seat in Valhalla.
The game comes with seven Viking clans which are Wolf, Ram, Serpent, Bear, Stag, Wild Boar, and Raven.
The fight for glory will happen in the mythical land of Midgard. Players will fight off other clans as well as other legendary creatures that came from the Norse mythology. Get to complete quests for the gods and die with all the glory that you can get. All the roads in the game will lead to death.
For a true Viking challenge, play in the single-player option or for those getting a kick with playing with others, play in the multiplayer mode and climb your way to the top of the leaderboard.
What’s unique about the game is that the miniatures being used are the actual 3D scans of the physical versions of the board game.
Blood Rage is set to launch on May 27, 2020 on Steam. Pre-orders are now available where you get a 10% discount and two exclusive bonuses which are the game’s original soundtrack and the Mythical Monster’s DLC pack.
