The Division 2 Expansion Called Warlords of New York Revealed

As you may have remembered, Ubisoft didn’t really have a great year come October of 2019 because of two particular games which are Ghost Recon Breakpoint and The Division 2. Breakpoint’s problems were that it launched with so many bugs, and the microtransactions reeked of greediness. The Division 2, on the other hand, is okay, it is actually an improvement from the first game, the problem is, it wasn’t able to reach the sales that they wanted.
It is great to know that Ubisoft is still working on the Division 2 as they were able to announce a new expansion coming this March. The expansion is called Warlords of New York which will continue the story of Aaron Keener with his band of renegade agents who are from the first game.
Get to watch the Tom Clancy’s The Division 2: Warlords of New York Story and Character trailer below:
The New York map will be divided into four zones. One for each of Keener’s lieutenants. This means that you would have to go through all of them first to reach the final showdown.
During the expansion’s reveal stream, Ubisoft was able to show off 10 minutes of edited gameplay with commentary. Watch that below:
There will also be some key changes available with the expansion. The level cap will be increased to 40 from 30, the gear system will be overhauled, the “infinite progression system” gets introduced, and a new Legendary difficulty is added.
The Division 2 expansion Warlords of New York is set to launch on March 3rd. Those who already have the game can purchase the expansion as an add-on. New players can get it via a bundle with the Year 1 Pass or without it as well.
