The Sinking City Launches Today!
The Sinking City by Bigben Interactive is a Lovecraftian horror investigation video game that is coming out today. To celebrate a brand new trailer has been shared by Bigben and it features the game’s eerie and puzzling story. You can get to watch the trailer down below.
If by chance you haven’t heard of the game yet, in a nutshell, you will play as a private investigator who has a supernatural gift and his name is Charles W. Reed. The game is set in Oakmont, Massachusetts in the year 1920. The city that you are tasked to investigate is sinking and the locals for some reason are becoming mentally unstable. A supernatural force could be the cause of all this, and this is what you will need to find out.

Some reviews were already able to come in for the game and critics have mixed feelings about it. However, they do agree that out of all the Lovecraftian titles available, this one seems to stand out. With a gripping story and atmosphere, surely this game would captivate fans of the supernatural world.
The Sinking City is now available and it can be played on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. A Nintendo Switch port will be available later on the year as well.
