The games that we selected are based on the different sports games that closely resemble FIFA 17.
FIFA 17 is a sports simulation game. We will be relying on these 2 genres to look for games that are similar.
As in most sports games, you will have to lead your player or your teams to the top of the different leagues and championships.
The list of games that we came up with there is one that focuses on team management like Football Manager 2017.
There are games as well that are quite different. Games like Football Tactics that is actually played turn-based which makes it more of a strategy-oriented game. Soccer Rage is also different because it mixes football and combat (now you can actually take revenge on an opponent when heavily defeated! 🙂 ). Rocket League on the other hand also offers a type of sports game that is also quite different because it lets us play sports like basketball or even hockey using vehicles!
Unlike FIFA 17 which is a game of Football one can find a set of sneakers as well in games like NBA 2K17, ice hockey such as in NHL 17, rugby in Rugby Challenge 3 and there are so many different kinds! The most common thing between all of these is, of course, their gameplay genre, which is sport!
