Total War Three Kingdoms Release Date Delayed
Creative Assembly’s Total War Three Kingdoms release date will be delayed as posted in a new development update. The game had been set to launch on March 7th but the new release date will now be in May.
The announcement of the delay came after the very first live gameplay hosted by Creative Assembly. They said that the extra time will be used to further polish the game.
“With Three Kingdoms, we set out to create a new level of complexity…As such, we need a little more time to make sure these systems deliver as intended and give you the Total War experience you’ve waited so patiently for.”
There were some bugs seen during the live stream which most probably prompted the devs to take a look at the game once more. One of the bugs seen is that the duels between two characters seem to go on even though one of the armies had already been defeated. Another problem seen is that the gameplay seemed short even though it is in the hard mode.
For pre-orders, an update in the FAQ assures that when the game arrives, nothing will be changed in their orders.
Total War Three Kingdom’s new launch date is May 23 and the game is playable on PC. Another live gameplay is scheduled for tomorrow as well as on the following Wednesday, both at 3 PM GMT.
