Warhammer Chaosbane Shares New Trailer Featuring Storyline

Bigben Interactive and Eko Software shared a new trailer featuring their upcoming action-RPG called Warhammer Chaosbane. As the name of the game suggests, it is set in the Warhammer Universe. The trailer does not share any gameplay but gives us an idea on what the game’s lore is all about. The game is actually set right after the defeat of the invading Chaos armies and the Dark Gods are actually plotting their revenge.

We get to hear the story of how Asavar Kul, the Kurgan Warlord conquer the Kingdoms of man. One man dared to defy him, a southern nobleman named Magnus. He rallied the forces of the empire in order to take back the Kislevite capital. Asavar Kul was defeated and has left the Chaos armies scattered.

Warhammer Chaosbane is an isometric ARPG which is a first for the Warhammer Fantasy Universe. The game will include 4 character classes with solo or up to three other players in local or online co-op. There are also three editions available for the game which are Classic, Deluxe, or Magnus. The Classic edition will just come with the game. The Deluxe edition will come with the game plus some in-game stuff plus four days early access. Lastly, the Magnus bundle will come with everything in the Deluxe edition with the addition of the game’s Season Pass.

Warhammer Chaosbane will be launching on June 4 available for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. If you preorder the game, you will get an XP bonus as well as a 4-helmet pack.
