Warhammer Vermintide 2 Gets End Game Expansion

Fatshark has announced that Warhammer Vermintide 2 is getting an endgame expansion. The expansion is called Winds of Magic, here, a mysterious meteor has crashed down on Reikland and players would have to fight through hordes of violent Beastmen.

This expansion will come with the new enemy faction called Beastmen, a higher level cap, a higher difficulty as well as new weapons for each hero, as well as a new adventure called “Dark Omen”. Another thing added is the new game mode “Winds of Magic”. The Winds of Magic Mode will be bringing new missions that will be bringing randomized elements every time that you play it.

If you pre-order the expansion now, it will give you access to its beta. Actually, beta is now live and will be running up until it releases.

Also, along with the expansion is the 2.0 update. This will come with the remastered game that will give it “faster load times” as well as a “smaller overall file size” but you must expect a large download for this.

Warhammer Vermintide 2 Winds of Magic will be launching on August 13, available for PC. Right now there is no release date available for the console launch.
