Wasteland 3 Factions Introduced in New Trailer

Developer inXile Studio and publisher Deep Silver has launched a new trailer which is all about the Wasteland 3 factions.

The new trailer will give us a glimpse at the different factions in the game as well as some information about some of them. Interactions with different factions could either lead to glory or destruction, as what is said in the trailer is that every decision would mean life or death.

For the factions that were introduced, we get to see The Patriarch’s Marshals. They answer to only the Patriarch himself and they are the ones who uphold the order in Colorado Springs. Another one is the Gippers, they believe that everybody else are communists and should be killed. They also believe that their God President will make good ‘ol America great again. We also get to see the Hundred Families who wish to have a better Colorado, but for themselves only.

The others that were introduced are the Refugees, Payasos, Scar Collectors, Godfishers, and Dorseys. You can watch the Wasteland 3 factions trailer below:

Wasteland 3 is set on a post-apocalyptic America in the 1980s where you try to rebuild a society by controlling a squad of Desert Rangers and law men and women. The gameplay is squad-based, team-based RPG with a deep interactive story. In the game, the decisions and the conversations that you make are important.

The game had been delayed a few times because of the novel coronavirus pandemic, but Brian Fargo, the inXile founder said that during this time, “we’re putting into acting on Beta feedback and suggestions, optimization, polishing and refinements, and making sure we have an awesome co-op experience.”

Wasteland 3 will be launching on August 28, 2020, available for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
