The Dragon Ball Z Kakarot opening cinematic had been shared by Bandai Namco. If you have been fans of the franchise, you will surely enjoy the video. This was first streamed via the official PlayStation YouTube channel and is now available for everyone to watch.
You are surely in for a treat as the video is set to the anime’s iconic opening theme. We get to see the different locations available in the game like the Kame House, Goku’s House, Korin Tower and Satan City. There are also several familiar classic scenes that had been remastered via the in-game engine.

With what we have seen, it looks like Kakarot will be retelling every major story of the Dragon Ball Z anime. We have seen the arrival of the Saiyans as well as the epic battles of Majin Buu. A few additions had also been done like with the female member that was added to the Ginyu squad that had been designed by Toriyama himself.
Dragon Ball Z Kakarot will be launching on January 17 and is available for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

I’m very happy to see that they are using the original opening song from the anime, it brought back tons of smiles to me 🙂 Overall, I think the game looks promising, already a lot better than One Piece: World Seeker
